Sixteen-year-old Rayna sees angels, and has the medication and weekly therapy sessions to prove it. Now, in remission, Rayna starts fresh at a new school, lands a new job, and desperately tries for normalcy. She ignores signs that she may be slipping into the world she has tried so hard to climb out of. But these days, it’s more than just hallucinations that keep Rayna up at night. Students are dying, and she may be the only one who can stop it. Can she keep her job, her sanity, and her friends from dying at the hands of angels she can't admit to seeing?

Will I read the next book: Totally! Can't wait!!
I am a big fan of angel books. Fallen angels, regular Angels, not yet fallen angels, I love them all! This book was intense because Rayna(Ray) was still seeing Wings after just getting out of a mental institution. She can't tell, they'll send her back to that God-forsaken place where shes to doped up on meds to even think. Everyone telling her she was crazy for three years actually made her believe she was crazy. I felt so bad for her. But one of the Angels talk to her, and she realizes she was never crazy. But it really doesn't help her sanity that kids around her school are committing suicide, and she found the first one. * Rumor has it, a Fallen is responsible*
The characters were just amazing. It had both a Non-Fallen Angel and a Fallen Angel! *Squeals* I'm so glad I stumbled on this book. The Fallen Angel, Kade scares the hell out of Ray when they first meet, but quickly grew on her(and me too), because he really wasn't a jerk. He just teased her alot(It didn't hurt that he was hott with two t's). Cam, the good Angel, was nice and Ray actually had a crush on him(which I didn't understand..Helllooooo KADE). I didn't really like him, he seemed like a jerk. Like "Oh hey I like you but you're not worth my pretty white wings". Kade's wings were cooler anyway. They're dark. Ray's sister was kind-of a bitch, and you could tell both her and her dad were happier when Ray was at the mental institution.
The plot was original, for the most part. There weren't really any twists, but the book wasn't boring and it was a very easy read.
The romance made me hate Ray with a passion. Like seriously you want the good angel with all the mood swings and the bright-as-the-sun wings who probably won't fall for you, or you have the totally hot, swoon worth, dark-like-the-night-sky winged, bad boy who has already fallen. Come on Ray the choice is obvious! Plus I think you can tell through out the book that Kade really cares the most about Ray and what happens too her.
Favorite Quotes:
“What would angel lips taste like? Sunshine? Marshmallows? Or something altogether different? Maybe buttered-popcorn jelly beans.”
"The thing about beliefs? Even the strongest can be shattered by the simplest of things."
